واقعات فتق دیسک کمر در شفاخانه حوزوی هرات در سال ۱۴۰۰

پیشینه و هدف: فتق دیسک بین‌مهره‌ای کمر شایع ترین علت برای انجام عمل جراحی ستون فقرات در ناحیه کمر نزد افراد در سن کار است. درک الگوی اپیدمیولوژیک فتق دیسک کمر به تعیین عوامل مستعد کننده به این نوع آسیب کمک می‌کند. از آن‌جایی که مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیک در مورد جراحی فتق دیسک کمر در افغانستان بسیار نادر است، هدف این مطالعه بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک این موارد در سرویس جراحی مغز و اعصاب شهر هرات می‌باشد.
روش تحقیق: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی که از اول حمل تا آخر جدی 1400 در شفاخانه حوزوی هرات صورت گرفته است، اطلاعات فردی اجتماعی، موقعیت، اعراض و علایم و اختلاطات مربوط به جراحی فتق دیسک کمر ۶۸ مریض تحت تداوی جمع‌آوری و مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که بیش‌ترین جراحی فتق دیسک کمر در گروه سنی بیش از 30 سال (۷۰.۶٪) و مرد‌ان (۶۶.۲٪) و حدود دوسوم فتق دیسک (۶۹.۱٪) در نزد کارگران ساختمانی اتفاق افتاده است. براساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، ۷۶.۴٪ واقعات در میان مهره‌های L4-L5 و ۸۸.۲٪ علاوه بر درد کمر دارای کرختی حسیت پا نیز بوده است. هرچند که اکثریت مریضان (۸۹.۷٪) بدون اختلاط بودند ولی مهم‌ترین اختلاط در نز مریضان عدم توانایی کنترول ادرار (۵.۹٪) است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه تأکید بر شیوع بیشتر واقعات جراحی دیسک کمر در رده‌های سنی و جنسی خاص دارد. آموزش مردم و کارکنان صحی در مورد عوامل و خطرات دیسک کمر مفید بوده می‌تواند. انجام مطالعات وسیع‌تر در سطح کشور برای تعیین دقیق‌تر وقوعات و اختلاطات فتق دیسک کمر بسیار ضروری می‌باشد.
